  • Lauren is a military spouse, and she is deeply familiar with the unique challenges and stresses that members of the military community and their families often face.

  • Lauren uses an integrative approach to therapy utilizing multiple techniques to help clients find the path that best suits them.

    That being said, she primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy in her practice. She is also trained and certified inpostpartum mental health, and is uniquely equipped to integrate spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired by the client.
