About Reunion Health

Reunion Health was co-founded in 2023 by 82nd Airborne Veteran Nicole Sinnigen, MS, LPC, NCC, and triple board-certified psychiatrist Patrick Wiita, MD. United by a shared vision, they set out to deliver exceptional, high-quality mental health care to individuals and families while cultivating a supportive, values-driven professional environment that attracts and retains the brightest clinicians.

Nicole and Dr. Wiita first began working together at the South Carolina Department of Mental Health in 2019, later continuing their collaboration when Nicole assumed management of Dr. Wiita’s private practice in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. Today, Dr. Wiita serves as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing financial and operational strategy and providing telepsychiatry services to TRICARE beneficiaries. Nicole serves as Clinical Director, managing clinical operations and leading Reunion Health’s therapy services as the practice’s lead therapist.
